zipPay is a safe, simple, and convenient omni channel payment option, powered by ASX-listed company zipMoney (ASX: ZML), that lets your customers shop online or instore and pay later for their purchases – with no credit card and no interest.

zipPay issues customers with a reusable shopping account that allows them to pay for their purchases over time in easy monthly instalments. Offering increased payment flexibility to your customers helps to convert browsers to shoppers, increases average order values and the number of items per order.

It’s quick and simple and is specifically designed to help merchants maximise optimise their conversion funnel.

Merchants pay one small flat fee (%) per transaction, so you only pay when you sell. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, no commitments and no surprises. The merchant service fee varies depending on trading volume – contact us for further details on pricing.

For your customers, at the end of every billing month they can choose to pay off their balance in full, or simply make a payment that suits their budget (minimum repayment of at least $40 per month required). A $5 monthly service fee will be added to the consumer’s account for any month there is an outstanding balance. No balance, no fees!

We settle all transactions with merchants same-day if the order was completed prior to 4pm AEST Monday to Friday. All transactions after the cut off time  will be paid the next business day. The payment is made net of the agreed merchant service fee. Once a transaction is authorised by us, we guarantee settlement of funds i.e. we assume all credit and fraud risk. Merchants are never responsible for collecting any consumer repayments or defaults. We collect repayments back from the customer over time.

Your customers can forget about filling out tons of payment information and credit card numbers. With zipPay, checkout couldn’t be easier. Every time customers shop, they simply sign in to their Digital Wallet and confirm their purchase – it’s that simple!

zipPay customers will also never have to pay for their purchases immediately – instead, they can pay for all of their purchases at the end of the month, or take more time and pay down the balance with easy monthly payments. Your customers will only ever pay one monthly service fee of $5/mth for any month they have an outstanding balance – regardless of how many purchases they make. No interest or no other hidden fees!

You can apply for a merchant account here. To create an account all you need is your ABN, contact details, business details, and bank account information. Merchants will get a reply within 24 hours.

zipPay follows the existing refund policy offered by the merchant. Once the merchant initiates a refund, it will automatically be reflected by zipPay and returned to the customer’s zipPay account – no need to contact us.
